1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "hc444" refers to the online gaming platform operated at hc444.net and its associated mobile-optimised interfaces, including all game categories, betting markets, wallet services, and customer support functions made available thereunder.
• "Platform" means the website at hc444.net, including all pages, subdomains, features, tools, and game integrations accessible to registered users.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, registers an account on, or otherwise uses the hc444 Platform.
• "Account" means the individual user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the hc444 Platform, associated with a unique mobile number or email address and secured by a password chosen by the User.
• "Wallet" means the PKR-denominated balance held within a User's hc444 Account, reflecting deposited funds, winnings, bonus credits, and any applicable deductions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed using bonus funds before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by hc444 before a User may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Prohibited Conduct" has the meaning given in Section 9 of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the hc444 Platform, clicking to register an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the hc444 Platform, you acknowledge and confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and fully understand their content;
• You accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions;
• You have read and accepted the hc444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3, including the minimum age requirement of 21 years;
• You are accessing hc444 voluntarily for personal recreational purposes and not in the course of any professional, commercial, or third-party activity.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the hc444 Platform and, if applicable, request account closure by contacting hc444 customer support.

3 Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on the hc444 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hc444 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all game categories and services on the Platform;
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete information — including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or valid government-issued identification document, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address;
• You must not already hold an existing active hc444 Account. Each person is permitted to hold only one Account at any time. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms;
• You must not be acting on behalf of or depositing funds belonging to any third party;
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, self-imposed ban, or exclusion order in relation to the hc444 Platform or any other online gaming service;
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

hc444 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons therefor.

4 Account Verification (KYC)

hc444 is required to verify the identity and age of all Users in accordance with its international licensing obligations and anti-money laundering compliance framework. By registering an Account, you agree to provide the following documentation when requested:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy or photograph of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or, where applicable, a valid passport or other government-issued photo identification document;
• Proof of Age: The above identity document will also serve as proof of age. Users who cannot confirm they are 21 years of age or older will not be permitted to complete verification;
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, a screenshot or confirmation of the payment wallet or bank account used for deposits — for example, a JazzCash account statement or EasyPaisa transaction history — may be required.

hc444 may request verification documents at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or where suspicious account activity has been identified. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by hc444 may result in temporary account restriction or permanent account closure.

hc444 will process and store identity documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for identity verification and AML compliance purposes and are not shared with third parties except as required by hc444's licensing authority or applicable law.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits. hc444 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Digital, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Deposits are credited to your hc444 Wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider, which for mobile wallet payments (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) typically occurs within seconds of transaction confirmation.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted from a fully verified Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. hc444 processes withdrawal requests within a standard processing window of 4 hours during business hours for verified accounts in good standing. hc444 reserves the right to extend processing time for withdrawals that require additional review under its AML compliance procedures.

5.3 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. hc444 does not process withdrawals to payment methods, mobile numbers, or bank accounts that differ from those used for deposits without satisfactory identity verification and written authorisation from the Account holder.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the hc444 Platform are denominated in PKR. hc444 does not charge currency conversion fees on PKR transactions. USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

• hc444 does not accept deposits from third parties or from payment accounts not registered in the User's own name;
• hc444 is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's internal processing timelines or technical outages;
• Chargebacks, reversals, and fraudulent payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General. All bets placed and games played on the hc444 Platform are subject to these Terms and to the specific rules governing each product category — cricket betting, live casino, slots, snooker, and bingo fishing. Product-specific rules are displayed within each game or betting market and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Finality of Results. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the hc444 system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or withdrawn by the User. The outcome of all bets and games is final subject only to the formal dispute resolution process in Section 15.

6.3 Errors and Technical Faults. In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or system functionality caused by a technical fault, hc444 reserves the right to void affected bets and transactions at its sole discretion. hc444 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Users and process refunds of staked amounts where applicable.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet sizes are displayed within each betting market and game interface. hc444 reserves the right to adjust stake limits on individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified, without prior notice.

6.5 Abandoned Events. For sports betting markets, where an event is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the timeframe specified in the applicable rules, hc444's standard settlement procedure shall apply as published within the cricket betting and snooker sections of the Platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

hc444 offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms;
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in an Account at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited automatically without further notice;
• One Bonus Per User: Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per User, household, device, IP address, and payment method;
• Withdrawal Before Completion: If a User requests a withdrawal of real-money funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, hc444 reserves the right to deduct the outstanding bonus balance prior to processing the withdrawal;
• Abuse and Circumvention: Bonus abuse — including the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or wagering patterns designed solely to generate artificial turnover — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and account closure.

8 Responsible Gaming

hc444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing Users with the tools necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming features are available to all hc444 Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming active;
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure automated session time reminders to receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play;
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by hc444 support and may be submitted at any time without requiring justification;
• Reality Checks: hc444 displays session duration and net wagering summaries to help Users make informed decisions about their gaming activity.

hc444 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any User who believes they may have a gambling problem is encouraged to make use of hc444's self-exclusion tools and to seek support from responsible gaming organisations and resources available internationally. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment — never as a source of income or a means of recovering financial losses.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hc444 Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or facilitating account registration on behalf of ineligible persons, including minors under 21;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with hc444;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technological aid that provides an artificial advantage over other users or circumvents hc444's platform controls;
• Colluding with other users or hc444 employees to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus terms;
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a manner that provides an unfair financial advantage — including systematic arbitrage of manifest odds errors;
• Using the hc444 Platform for money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent payment disputes in relation to genuine hc444 deposits;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, or using VPNs, proxy services, or other technical tools to circumvent geo-restriction measures;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward hc444 employees or other users of the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the hc444 Platform — including but not limited to the hc444 brand name, logo, website design, graphical elements, game interfaces, text content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of hc444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hc444 Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit Users to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the hc444 Platform without prior written authorisation;
• Create derivative works based on hc444's proprietary content or brand identity;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the hc444 Platform;
• Frame, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorised use of hc444's intellectual property may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property and commercial laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hc444 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the hc444 Platform, howsoever caused;
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or factors beyond hc444's reasonable control;
• Decisions made by Users in relation to placing bets, selecting games, or managing their hc444 Account — including the financial outcome of any gaming activity;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, or any other payment infrastructure operator.

In any event, hc444's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their hc444 Account in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by hc444's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Suspension by hc444. hc444 reserves the right to suspend any Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Account is being used in connection with Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 9;
• A KYC verification request has not been satisfied within the specified timeframe;
• A chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment claim has been initiated;
• The Account may be operated by a minor under 21 years of age.

12.2 Closure by User. Users may request permanent closure of their hc444 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in a fully verified Account will be refunded via the User's registered payment method following a final AML review. Bonus credits and wagering-incomplete bonus winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure — whether initiated by hc444 or the User — the User's licence to access the Platform terminates immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 9, 10, 11, and 15) shall continue in full force and effect.

13 Privacy & Data

hc444's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal data is governed by the hc444 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

In summary, hc444 collects personal data including your name, mobile number, email address, CNIC details, device information, and transaction history for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and platform improvement. hc444 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for the duration required by hc444's licensing obligations.

14 Amendments to Terms

hc444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hc444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Users via email to their registered address or via a prominent notice on the hc444 Platform.

Continued use of the hc444 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you should discontinue use of the Platform and contact hc444 support to request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hc444 holds its international online gaming licence. The application of any conflicting national law is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted.

Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the hc444 Platform, you are encouraged to contact hc444 customer support in the first instance. hc444 will endeavour to resolve all genuine complaints within 5 business days of receipt of a written complaint submitted via the support email.

Formal Dispute Resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitral institution specified in hc444's licensing agreement. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitral tribunal orders otherwise.
